Maintenance Tech

Requirements:

• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
• General carpentry and construction experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must have basic math skills and good written and oral skills
• Ability to lift/move/pull on a repetitive basis
• Must pass pre-employment testing (Drug Screen and Full Background Check)
