Indiana Sales Tax Exemption Certificate (ST-105)

This is the Indiana Sales Tax Exemption Certificate ST-105.  Download, print, and return to National Oil if you are exempt from Indiana Sales Tax.  This form needs to be filled out each year to qualify for sales tax exemption status.

National Oil Datasets Program

This file will install the National Oil Datasets program that allows consignment dealers to:

• Report fuel sales, prices and inventory
• View and print consignment fuel invoices
• View prior dataset entries sent to National Oil
• Print a recap of consignment invoices by date range
• Print a sales analysis by date range
• Print credit cards received by date range
• Print a listing of EFT's processed by date range

When instructed by National Oil, download the software to install it on your system.  You will need a user name and password to access the software.  Contact Craig Baumgartner at National Oil (260) 824-2220 to obtain these.
